I agreed with the Tánaiste when we set out our scheme of priorities for the remainder of the life time of this Government last July. We undertook to review the personal insolvency legislation and a range of other measures to deal with distressed mortgages. We also reiterated that the Government has no policy at all in the sense of wanting to see people put out of their homes----
