Seanad amendment No. 15:Section 39: In page 41, between lines 13 and 14, to insert the following:"Amendment of section 54 of Finance (No. 2) Act 2013 39. Section 54 of the Finance (No. 2) Act 2013 is amended, in subsection (2), by—(a) the deletion of clause (II) of subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (b), and (b) the deletion of subparagraph (iii) of that paragraph.".
