Seanad amendment No. 11:Section 35: In page 40, to delete lines 16 to 21 and substitute the following:" "(2) Subject to sections 15 and 17 of this Act and section 78 (amended by section 77 of the Finance Act 2008) of the Finance Act 2002, a premises registered in the register of bookmaking offices shall continue to be so registered until the registration final day next falling after the date on which it was so registered.",".
