The Ministers for the Environment, Community and Local Government and Communications, Energy and Natural Resources are working on the final issues in so far as regulations pertaining to wind energy are concerned. I must revert to Deputy Troy in respect of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Bill. There have been quite a number of submissions received on it and obviously, it has not come back for finalisation yet. I also will advise in respect of the national vetting commencement order.
