I am asking when the Garda Síochána (policing authority and miscellaneous provisions) Bill will be brought forward.

Second, will the Taoiseach and the Minister allow more time for a decent debate on the Children and Family Relationships Bill 2015? A Bill with 172 sections cannot be debated, understood and dealt with by Members in the time allocated.
