The review of insolvency legislation covers bankruptcy where the banks have no veto, as well as insolvency. It has included discussions and engagement with the official assignee, the PIPs, FLAC, MABS and the Irish Mortgage Holders Organisation. The Minister is going to bring it forward very shortly-----
