I congratulate the Minister of State on her transfer to the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government. The Leader programme is probably the biggest single programme within the Minister of State's responsibility. I know what the Leader programme is. I know the money that is going to be provided is wanted. All I wish to know is when it will start.
