The Deputy is irritating me and he knows he should not do so. I should also not allow him to irritate me. It is amazing the newfound wisdom that has emerged on that side of the House. Incidentally, while six months ago two parties on that side of the House were in favour of charges, only one party favours them now. There is a group of other people who we are not too sure are in favour or opposed to them. I am sure we will know find that out as time goes on.

What is most important in terms of the members to be appointed to the board is that such members be competent and capable of doing the job, that they do not have a conflict of interest and that they are capable of discharging their duties in a manner that befits the position they hold.
