To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform his views on the statement of caution by Transparency International Ireland that, despite the recent improvement in the State’s ranking in the 2014 corruption perception index 2014 published on 3 December 2014, there are still significant corruption risks to be addressed, including in public procurement.
