If I were to see a water leak on my way home to Ballymun, there should be a number I can ring so that it can be responded to. The corollary is that if I have central heating in my house and I pay a bill to Bord Gáis, or Ervia, I should be able to contact that company. That is what we are setting up with this system. It will give me as a customer an opportunity to deal directly with the supplier of whatever I am buying from any utility company.
