He must explain the discrepancy between his figure of 1.3 million households, the CSO figure of 1.65 million and the figure of 2 million that Irish Water is using. He needs to give us a figure for the estimated cost to the Department of Social Protection of issuing grants of €100 to every household in the country. He must tell us the administrative cost to Irish Water of invoicing every household and processing charges four times a year next year.
