They are just acting like that. Deputy Healy made a proposal and I, according to the Standing Order and in the proper way, want to make that proposal formally. Standing Order 23(2) states: "A motion that a sitting be suspended for a period may at any time be made, by permission of the Ceann Comhairle, and without notice. Such motion shall fix the period of suspension." I propose that the Dáil adjourn until Tuesday next at 2 p.m., whereupon the Government may have the answers to the questions that have been asked for the past two hours and allow clarity.
