I have made it very clear what I think about the conservation grant. I think the Government is on thin ice with regard to the market corporation test. We know that if we fail the market corporation test, the Labour Party will say Europe told us we cannot actually do it, otherwise we will fail the market corporation test, just as it did in the past when it referred to Frankfurt's way or Labour's way.
