Seanad amendment No. 146:Section 747: In page 598, lines 18 to 20, to delete all words from and including “at” in line 18 down to and including “350” in line 20 and substitute the following:“in respect of the latest financial year of the company that has ended prior to the date of the making of the application under this section, fell to be treated as a small or medium company by virtue of section 350”.
