Seanad amendment No. 107: Section 419: In page 387, line 9, after “commencement” to insert the following:“, and the foregoing reference to the time allowed under those provisions includes the time allowed under those provisions as extended by an order (if such has been made) under section 106 of the Act of 1963”.
