Seanad amendment No. 45:Section 181: In page 196, to delete lines 6 to 9 and substitute the following:“(3) Where notice of a meeting is given by posting it by ordinary prepaid post to the registered address of a member, then, for the purposes of any issue as to whether the correct period of notice for that meeting has been given, the giving of the notice shall be deemed to have been effected on the expiration of 24 hours following posting.”.
