Seanad amendment No. 32:Section 113: In page 149, between lines 23 and 24, to insert the following:“(5) This section shall not prevent the subscription, acquisition or holding of shares in its parent public company by a company which is a member of an authorised market operator acting in its capacity as a professional dealer in securities in the normal course of its business.”.
