Seanad amendment No. 2:Section 2: In page 69, to delete lines 31 to 39 and substitute the following: “(8) In this Act a reference to a company having a sole director is a reference to its having, for the time being and for whatever reason, a single director (and this applies notwithstanding a stipulation in the constitution that there be 2 directors, or a greater number).”.
