Seanad amendment No. 219: Section 1091:In page 827, to delete lines 20 to 22 and substitute the following:“PLC, with 2 or more members, may not dispense with holding of a.g.m. 1091.Section 175(3) and (4) (which relate to dispensing with the holding of an annual general meeting) shall not apply to a PLC if it has more than one member.”.
