Seanad amendment No. 203: Section 991: In page 757, to delete lines 25 to 27 and substitute the following: “DAC, with 2 or more members, may not dispense with holding of a.g.m. 991.Section 175(3) and (4) (which relate to dispensing with the holding of an annual general meeting) shall not apply to a DAC if it has more than one member.”.
