I move amendment No. 7:

In page 4, between lines 6 and 7, to insert the following:"(2) The Minister for Social Protection shall report to Dáil Éireann within six months of the coming into operation of this Act on the impact the reductions and changes made to child benefit payments since 2011 have had on the well-being of children in the State with particular reference to the impact such reductions have had on the most economically disadvantaged families in the State.".
