The sum total of the Fianna Fáil health policy amounts to just 244 words tonight criticising a budget and service plan that delivers more for health than Fianna Fáil ever dared consider. I accept the motion is not down to Deputy Kelleher, but it is the continuation of the Punch and Judy theme Deputy Martin promised to get rid of. However, he constantly resorts to that tactic to make himself and his party relevant to the public. Tonight's motion is a continuation of this.
