The credit guarantee (amendment) Bill is listed for this session. The Government has given authorisation and approval for the legislation to establish the low pay commission. Work is under way on the terms and conditions that will apply to it. The Ministers for Social Protection and Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation have an interest in this legislation. I will advise the Deputy later as to when it will be published.
