We will have a debate on this following the meeting of the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government with NGOs and local authorities this week. Following the outcome of that, it will be considered at the Cabinet sub-committee next Monday. It is to be hoped further action can be taken at the Cabinet meeting next Tuesday.
