The Deputy is well aware that during the so-called good years 90,000 houses were built when we needed 25,000 or 30,000. Last year, only 9,000 houses were built in the country. Clearly, there is a ferocious demand for housing and accommodation in the Dublin area, and the answer is that we have to invest, build and provide for that.
