I move amendment No. 42:

In page 94, between lines 18 and 19, to insert the following:"(c) in paragraph 11 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting a new subsection (1A) as follows—

"(1A) The supply of nicotine replacement therapies.".".

We discussed the VAT treatment of a number of goods and services at length on Committee Stage. As the Minister outlined in detail at that stage how best to deal with those matters, I am happy to withdraw amendment No. 42.
