I welcome the opportunity to speak in this debate. It is extraordinary that yesterday the Opposition claimed the Government was not listening, yet today the Chamber is bereft of Fianna Fáil, the Technical Group and a whole plethora of Independents. It underlines the fact that they were just playing to the gallery.
