I move amendment No. 27:

In page 16, to delete lines 11 to 23 and substitute the following:“(3) Where the Minister considers it appropriate, having had regard to the matters specified in subsection (4), he or she may recommend to Dáil Éireann that subsection (1) shall be applied, or shall no longer apply, to any particular public body to the extent specified in the order. Any such recommendation must be ratified by Dáil vote.”.
