I move amendment No. 14:

In page 31, to delete lines 31 and 32 and substitute the following:“(6)Subsections (1) and (5) come into operation on such day or days as the Minister may appoint by order or orders either on the same day or, with reference to a particular subsection, on different days.”.”.
