I move amendment No. 76:

In page 72, to delete lines 24 to 28 and substitute the following:“(2F) Without prejudice to subsections (1) and (2), in regulations under this section the Minister may provide for the production to the Minister, with an application for the grant or renewal of an employment permit, of information, documents and evidence to verify such information and documents concerning—”.
