In page 81, between lines 1 and 2, to insert the following:“Amendment of section 87 of Act of 2007

78. Section 87 of the Act of 2007 is amended—

(a) in subsection (1), by deleting “and in good faith”, and

(b) in subsection (3), by deleting “and in good faith”.”.
