I move amendment No. 11:

In page 21, between lines 5 and 6, to insert the following:“(6) Paragraph (b) of subsection (5) operates so that if the contravention concerned continues one or more days after the date of its first occurrence, the person referred to in that paragraph is guilty of a separate offence under that paragraph for each day that the contravention occurs; but in respect of the second or subsequent offence of which the person is guilty by reason of that continued contravention, paragraph (b) of subsection (5) shall have effect as if “€25,000” were substituted for “€250,000” and references to imprisonment were disregarded.”.
