I move amendment No. 40:

In page 64, to delete lines 22 to 25 and substitute the following:"(4) (a) A housing authority may if a tenant has refused for a specified period of no less than 3 months to enter into a rescheduling arrangement with the authority, make a request to the Minister for Social Protection to deduct from a relevant recipient’s net scheme payments an amount in respect of rent arrears due to the authority by that recipient and to transmit the amount deducted to the authority.".
