Seanad amendment No. 6:Section 31: In page 26, lines 26 to 29, to delete all words from and including "be" in line 26 down to and including "subject" in line 29 and substitute the following:"be subject to such terms and conditions of service, including terms and conditions relating to remuneration, as are not less favourable than the terms and conditions of service, including terms and conditions relating to remuneration, to which the person was subject".
