Seanad amendment No. 5:Section 24: In page 21, lines 24 to 26, to delete all words from and including "be" in line 24 down to and including "subject" in line 26 and substitute the following:"be subject to such terms and conditions of service, including terms and conditions relating to remuneration, as are not less favourable than the terms and conditions of service, including terms and conditions relating to remuneration, to which the person was subject".
