Seanad amendment No. 3:Section 12: In page 15, lines 1 to 3, to delete all words from and including "be" in line 1 down to and including "subject" in line 3 and substitute the following:"be subject to such terms and conditions of service, including terms and conditions relating to remuneration, as are not less favourable than the terms and conditions of service, including terms and conditions relating to remuneration, to which the person was subject".
