Before proceeding to Leaders' Questions, on behalf of all of us, I wish the members of a parliamentary delegation from the Isle Man who are in the Distinguished Visitors Gallery a warm welcome. I hope that their visit here will be helpful in their consideration of procedures, etc. and that they will enjoy their stay in Dublin. They are very welcome.
