Ten working days - two weeks - is too short for someone in this stressful position, regardless of the reasons for being in it in the first place. Tenants face all sorts of issue, for example, difficulties with language, literacy or addiction. Some will face the threat of eviction and homelessness. Given everything that this entails, I would opt for a period of 15 days.
