The question was whether there is a policy on the part of the Government Information Service of publishing documents on St. Stephen's Day. I have answered clearly that there is no such policy. If such a policy existed, Deputy Martin would say we should have published half a dozen reports last week when the President was on a state visit to the United Kingdom. This is a very important report with all these recommendations for reducing costs for patients with private health insurance. The Deputy knows this as a former Minister.
