I move amendment No. 195:

In page 732, to delete lines 33 to 35 and substitute the following:"(II) without prejudice to the generality of clause (1), in a case where the making of an application for a disqualification order in relation to a particular person in accordance with section 843(h) is contemplated, whether and to what extent the matters mentioned in section 844(3) apply in the circumstances concerned.".
