100. To ask the Minister for Health if he will respond to the findings of the latest survey of persons with neurological conditions carried out by the Neurological Alliance of Ireland which finds that 42% of medical card holders surveyed have had their medical cards withdrawn and that 50% of those applying for a medical card have been refused; if he will respond to the other findings showing the damaging effect of Government cutbacks; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
