It is proposed to take No. 10, motion re withdrawal of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Bill 2012; No. 11, motion re referral to select committee of proposed approval by Dáil Éireann of the report by the Minister for Defence regarding service by the Defence Forces with the United Nations in 2013; and No. 22, Oireachtas (Ministerial and Parliamentary Offices) (Amendment) Bill 2013 [Seanad] - Order for Report, Report and Final Stages. It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, that: (1) in the event a division is in progress at the time fixed for taking Private Members’ business, the Dáil shall sit later than 9 p.m. tonight and Private Members’ business, which shall be No. 146, motion re confidence in the Minister for Justice, Equality and Defence, shall, if not previously concluded, adjourn after 90 minutes; and (2) Nos. 10 and 11 shall be decided without debate. Tomorrow's business after Oral Questions shall be No. 24, Companies Bill 2012 - Report Stage (resumed).
