To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs in view of the fact that she has has acknowledged that the review of childcare funding schemes will be used to address the cost of childcare, the changes she envisages making to the community childcare subvention scheme to increase the accessibility and affordability of childcare by low income working parents; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
