Legislation has been promised to provide for an information and tracing service for applicants seeking information about adoptions and to put it on a statutory basis. To what extent have the heads of that Bill been discussed or approved by Cabinet? When can we expect to see it before the House? The Red Cross (amendment) Bill has been proposed for some considerable time. The good people sitting in opposition now had thoughts on it before they left office.
