The Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014, SI No. 9 of 2014, are on the Order Paper today. Can this be referred to the joint Oireachtas Committee on the Environment, Culture and the Gaeltacht? Issues have been raised by self-builders and issues have also been raised with regard to the retrofitting of septic tanks.
