Seanad amendment agreed to. Seanad amendment No. 12:Section 24:In page 36, to delete lines 8 to 12 and substitute the following:"24. (1) The Minister shall by order specify a date (in this Part referred to as the "transfer date") to be the transfer date for the purposes of this Part.".
