I move amendment No. 6:

In page 18, between lines 9 and 10, to insert the following:

“Amendment of section 38 of Act of 2010 - presumptions

19. Section 38(2) of the Act of 2010 is amended—(a) by inserting "or on behalf of" after "issued by", and

(b) by deleting ", until the contrary is shown".".
