I move amendment No. 29:

In page 46, between lines 10 and 11, to insert the following:“(c) to implement, or to arrange for the implementation of, the Plan (as the case may be) having been considered and approved by the local community development projects/structure or local development company,”.

This amendment seeks again to bring local groups into the setting of a community development plan. That is what is being sought.
