It is proposed to take No. 11a, Health Insurance (Amendment) Bill 2013 - Financial Resolution; No. 1a, Companies (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2013 [Seanad] - Second Stage (resumed); and No. 23, Road Traffic (No. 2) Bill 2013 - Second Stage (resumed). It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, that No. 11a shall be decided without debate.
