I would also like to ask the Tánaiste about the Health (Amendment) Bill 2013, following a letter I received this morning from Dr. Mel McEvoy in Donneycarney. His letter asked me why a 84 year old is losing her medical card and why she is living in terror because she has a son with a disability who needs care.
